"Lebensfroh" - advice

The aim of my "Lebensfroh" consultation is to fill your treasure chest step by step with knowledge, tips and ideas. This should help you to shape your life according to your type and joyful, so that a feeling of lightness and joie de vivre is developed, even in days or times that demand more of you.

 

 

 

Sequence:

In an initial meeting of 60-90 minutes we get to know each other and I try to find out as much as possible about you. You tell me what your goals and wishes are and receive the first small recommendations and tasks by the second appointment.

At the second appointment approx. 30-60 min.  I will present you my suggestions for the first 2-3 months, and you have to implement them.  

After about 2-3 months we will meet again and see which points are further implemented or changed.

This gives you a step-by-step overview of:

  • Your type from an Ayurvedic point of view

  • when am I in imbalance; what is not good for me

  • how do I regain my balance; what is good for me

  • Which diet is suitable for me, which less and why

  • Life according to the times of day, seasons

  • Living with the cycle (in women)

  • Adjust the lifestyle to suit your needs 

  • The intervals between the appointments keep getting longer until your goals and wishes have been implemented and you can implement Ayurveda in your life.
