Yoga nidra - the sleep of the yogi
Yoga nidra was developed in 1968 by Swami Satyananda Saraswati from India, on the basis of a personal experience and the knowledge that resulted from it, and has also been scientifically confirmed.
Yoga nidra is a deeply effective relaxation technique to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation in 30 min. to achieve . The technique has an activating effect and at the same time relieves tension and blockages. Yoga nidra is also called psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness.
If Yoga nidra is practiced regularly, ideally daily or every 2 days, you will feel as relaxed as if you had slept 3-4 hours.
